In this workshop, educators will embark on food science-based storylines that were developed to meet Next Generation Science Standards while allowing students to be in control of their learning journey. Also, teachers will be introduced to a series of shorter independent engaging food science activities that can become part of their Science curriculum with minimum effort.
"Supporting Non-English Students (Grades 9-12)" equips educators with strategies to enhance language acquisition, foster an inclusive classroom, and adapt instruction to meet the needs of non-English speaking high school students, ensuring their academic and social success.
