ESU 8 Winter Workshop 2025

In this workshop, educators will be introduced to a series of food science-based activities that allow them to engage students while teaching concepts associated with the science behind the foods we eat every day. Activities have been developed for high school students but can and have been easily adapted to middle school students. A few can be used with elementary school students as well.
