Educational Service Unit 8 has 2 Learning Centers, Clearwater Learning Center (CLC) Clearwater and Eastern Learning Center (ELC) in Norfolk. These schools are level III schools that serve students aged 5-21 with significant disabilities. The Learning Centers provide students with unique learning opportunities in academics, social skills, life skills, and job skills (including job sites and community based learning experiences). We will provide you with a peak into our day and what we have found helpful teaching our students.
