Juli Burney Breakout #2: Humor and Change

With the educational landscape constantly changing it is important for administrators,
educators, and support staff to de-personalize necessary changes to be effective. Change is
inevitable ranging from policies, requirements, and environments to generational changes. This
presentation shows how using humor can help ease the discomfort of change including the
changing brain processing and communication styles of each generation.
